Rep. Cliff Bentz

GUEST CONTRIBUTOR: Cliff and his family currently live in Ontario, OR. He grew up on the Whitehorse Ranch near Fields, OR, and the Actin Ranch near Drewsey, OR. After achieving his Bachelors degree from Eastern Oregon State College, Cliff then earned his JD in 1977 from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland. Cliff is a partner attorney at Yturri Rose, LLP, where he has worked since 1977. He also owns a small share-crop farm. Cliff has served his community as Chairman of the Ontario School District Board and St. Peter Elementary School Board, as well as serving on the Project Dove Board and the Eastern Oregon University Foundation Board. He has also served on the Oregon Water Resources Commission and the Oregon Historical Society boards. Cliff was appointed to take the District 60 seat in the OR House of Representatives in Jan. '08. He was elected to the seat for a full 2 year term in Nov. '09. He has now served in the '08-'11 Legislative Sessions. Cliff has been married to Dr. Lindsay Norman for 23 years. They have two children, Allison & Scott.
